It requires using a Viewer with that functionality. Second Life Viewer 3.0, Firestorm 4.0, Catznip, Dolphin and Exodus are all enabled with Snapshot-to-Feed functionality.
Some Viewers have the camera Snapshot button on the left or the bottom of the screen. Post to "Profile" if you want it to go to your Feed. Don't forget the Caption and to consider whether you want to post your Location with the pic. (You can uncheck Location.)

Oops. That's the Inventory button. One over. The one that looks like a camera.
Note there is a refresh button if you want to redo the pic.
